1 cup hot water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey
½ teaspoon ginger
- Place the honey, ginger and lemon juice in a coffee mug while you boil the kettle.
- Pour boiling water into the cup and stir well until everything is combined.
- Allow to cool slightly and then drink. This provides the best boost to your system if drunk in the morning 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast.
